Instructions
Let soften the finely chopped onion and diced onions in a knob of butter, then pour in the rice and mix for a few moments in the seasoning.
Wet with beer and almost completely evaporate, add salt and bring the rice for doneness by joining a hot ladle of broth at a time.
As soon as the rice is al dente blank and seasoned with a knob of butter, pepper and chopped parsley; stir and let stand covered pot before serving.

- 400 g of rice
- 1/2 cup 1 of lager
- 50 g of bacon
- == 1 small onion
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Broth as required
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
