Green risotto (2)
Instructions
Prepare the broth to boil 100 cl of water and adding the broth vegetable granular Knorr.
Apart from finely chop the shallot, fresh focus fry it slightly with butter (not to burn, if necessary, add 1 tablespoon of water), add the rice and let it season.
Squirt with 1 ladleful of broth and add the peas and the beans which have eliminated the skin that covers.
Continue cooking the rice for about 20 minutes 18/mixing and adding the broth as it is absorbed.
When cooked, add the chopped parsley, olive oil and Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of rice for risotto
- 30 g of butter
- 200 g of fresh peas (or frozen peas)
- 150 g of fresh fava beans (or frozen fava beans)
- 1 small shallots
- 2 tablespoons of granular knorr vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Grated parmesan cheese
