Viennese risotto
Instructions
Cut the sausage into cubes and finely chop the onion, then stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add the rice, let it toast for a few minutes and add the Martini.
When evaporated lead to rice cooking, gradually adding the broth and stirring occasionally.
Add a knob of butter and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of rice
- 4 pork sausages
- == 1 large onion
- 150 cl of broth
- 1/2 cup of dry martini
- Olive oil
