Instructions
In a bowl mix three tablespoons salsa Rubra, a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, a teaspoon of brandy and sherry.
Whip the cream with a whisk until it is slightly frothy.
Pour gently to the other ingredients.
Add salt and pepper.
This sauce flavored with shellfish and arrange in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves.

- 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
