Pine Nut Sauce (Salsa di Pinoli)
Instructions
Shelled nuts, remove the skin and pass the walnuts in food processor, collecting them in a bowl.
Lightly fry the pine nuts on baking at 180 degrees, just mention to Brown, remove them.
Let cool and chop very finely layered with Walnut Kernels ready.
FRY In a saucepan with a tablespoon of olive oil and butter, parsley and garlic, that just you shall put colorful.
Add the walnuts and pine nuts, olive oil, a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of boiling water.
Mix well to obtain a homogeneous and creamy sauce that you will cook for 5 minutes on a moderate flame, adding, if necessary, even a spoonful of boiling water.
