Yellow sauce for meats and fish
Instructions
Put on the heat the butter with a spoon of flour and then take color; Add the broth and, when you see that the mixture boils, remove the sauce from heat and add two tablespoons of olive oil and one egg yolk and mix well.
Add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a pepper and parsley.
Let cool and pour over the meat or fish.

- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- Little of broth
- Salt
