Instructions
Use a very dry Bowl, combine egg yolk a little water, a little bit of vinegar and a bit of mustard, these 3 ingredients will help a lot the success of salsa, it is important not to add salt.
Continue adding oil 1/2 while turning with the whip.
Over the first half of the oil you add lemon juice which will melt the salt, then add the remaining oil, finalizing the preparation of mayonnaise.

- Water
- Wine vinegar
- Italian mustard
- 200 g of olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
