Hollandaise sauce
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a saucepan.
On the edge of a fire sweet (I don't put your slow cooker all on fire to get very little heat), heat slowly, stirring with a whisk.
It is important to make this sauce a little, putting on and removing of fire not to be tornarla.
After a few minutes, the mixture becomes thicker and the sauce is ready.
It then corrects the taste (salt and lemon).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of cold water
- 100 g of softened butter
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
