Rich sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, pour the mayonnaise, mustard, worcester and mix in the same way.
Soon after, add ketchup, whisky, cognac and keep on stirring.
Finally, pour the cream, add salt, stir for 1 minute and serve.
Tip: the sauce is excellent with cold roast beef, bresaola or cooked steamed shellfish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tablespoons of liquid cream
- 20 cl of mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of worcester sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of whisky
- 1 tablespoon of cognac
- A Few Drops Tabasco =
- Salt
