Rich tartare
Instructions
In a bowl mix all the following ingredients
-chopped Sirloin
-Capers
-parsley
-egg yolk
-oil
-Salt
-lemon juice
-tabasco or pepper
Get started with tenderloin, capers and parsley. Add the egg yolks (1 every 2 people), salt, pepper, olive oil and, if you like, the mustard. Using two forks stir well so that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, then formed the slightly flattened balls that have on serving dish. Serve immediately. Seasoned with lemon juice.
Optionally you can also add the anchovy fillets to make it tastier.
