Tuna Sauce (Salsa Tonnata)
Instructions
Take the three anchovies, wash them, free them from bones, put them on the cutting board and finely chopping, along with tuna and capers (if you can put everything in moulinex).
When everything is reduced to mush, incorporate the mayonnaise.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 3 anchovies
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 100 g of canned tuna
