Grilled Sardines (Sarde Grigliate)
Instructions
Clean the pilchards: eliminate the heads and pull away, along with them, the innards.
Wash and dry, white paper tamponandole and stendetele on a plate, in one layer only.
Prepare a mixture with a pinch of three herbs indicated, then use it to cover the fish.
Sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli: let them marinate for 10 minutes.
Place on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes per side.
Sardines served garnished with slices of tomato and lemon juice.
Accompanied with a sauce prepared by mixing parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
