Scaloppine with capers
Instructions
Heat the butter, place the scallops and sauté them well.
Sprinkle with a little white wine and lemon juice.
Add salt, Cook for 10 minutes over low heat rigirandole often.
Finally add the capers washed.
Serve hot.
