Scaloppine di vitello al forno
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and butter 20 g, then insaporitevi the Scallops over high heat for five minutes then put them in a buttered baking dish with the remaining butter.
In the first baking pan pour the wine to thin the gravy left from the meat, heat one minute and then pour over the scallops.
Add salt and pepper, put on each slice of tomato flesh peeled open in half and spread over all the slices of gruyere cheese.
You Grill in the oven for five or six minutes.

- 4 veal scaloppine
- 100 g of gruyere cheese, sliced
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 30 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
