Lime syrup
Instructions
Take three Cedars, sprizzarne well the juice to keep in hand, and cut thinly, having washed, the rind of one of them.
Fire place a saucepan along with cedar bark and a glass of water.
To take the boil and pour 450 g of sugar.
Let boil for a few minutes.
Remove the lime rind and add to the juice.
Boiling the syrup a little more that will be raised by the fire when it has taken a certain consistency and have purchased a white colour with greenish hues.
Remove from heat and pour into the bottle.
