Cherry syrup
Instructions
Take 1000 g Vignola cherries ripe, remove the peduncles and the stones and fire them in a saucepan with a big glass of dry white wine.
Do lift the boil eight or ten times, then remove from heat and strain the mixture with the pass.
Put the fire in another saucepan 1000 g sugar along with another glass of white wine, mixed with a little water.
Loose that you add the juice of the cherries.
Boiling until it has taken consistency.
When the syrup is still hot pour into bottles.
