Cherry tart
Instructions
Pulverize in Blender almonds.
Work the flour with the salt, almond powder, sodi pureeing the yolks, sugar and softened butter in small pieces.
Knead quickly and put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll out puff pastry thin and 1 line 1 tart mould.
Prick the bottom with a fork 1, covering it with cherries and jam with the scraps of dough to form 1.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 200 g of flour

- 120 g of sugar
- 160 g of butter
