Instructions

Arrange the flour and in the Middle put the butter into pieces (heated to room temperature), yeast, salt and knead everything helping you with some milk until a soft dough.

On the table lay the dough with floured rolling pin it to a cm, then with a cookie shape (diameter 5 cm) produced many discs until exhaustion.

Overlaid a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange on it, spennellali biscuits with a little milk and spolverizzali with the icing sugar, then infornali for about 15 minutes (the oven must be pretty hot).

The scoones must grow a lot.
