Peel and cut the celeriac and boil them in salted boiling water.
Cut into slices 250 g of grated cheese and julienned.
Drain the slices of celeriac and arrange them on the bottom of a baking dish greased with oil alternating slices of caciocavallo.
Sprinkle all with remaining cheese and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes, then Grill.
