Celeriac with slices of bread
Instructions
Peel the celeriac, wash them, dry them, cut them into slices.
Cook in boiling salted water for 20 minutes.
In a pan with oil to dry the thin sliced onion.
Make a béchamel sauce with vegetable broth rather liquid, flour, oil; just boils add the slices of celery and onion; Cook 15 minutes.
