Mustard
Instructions
Pour the white wine in a saucepan and add the mustard seeds, cloves, chillies and saffron.
Put on the heat and let the wine evaporate a quarter, then passed it through a sieve.
Put the flour into a bowl and add the milk, stemperatela without forming lumps.
Make cool this mixture on low heat and then add it to the past of mustard.
Mix everything and let it mix with peanut oil spilled to wire in required amount to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Finally add the vinegar according to your tastes.
Put this sauce in glass jars, cover the surface with a little olive oil and store in the refrigerator.

- 100 cl of dry white wine
- 100 cl of milk
- 200 g of flour
- 200 g of fresh mustard seeds
- 20 g of cloves
- 3 chilies
- 1 sachet of saffron
- Peanut oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
