Cuttlefish with peas (3)
Instructions
Clean the cuttlefish and cut into medium chunks or rings.
Saute the onion in the oil, then add the cuttlefish and salt.
Wait a few minutes that the cuttlefish have produced a little water, then add the wine and cook until it has dried a bit.
Then add the peas and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat and cover pan.
Finally, add the coarsely chopped tomatoes, chilies and cook for about 10-15 fitted.
Sprinkle parsley and then serve .
