Instructions

Peel and cook carrots in salted water; well dry, pass them through a sieve, mix them with beaten eggs, a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Grease a mould, pour the mixture, Cook in the oven in a Bain-Marie and serve.
