Sole oregano
Instructions
Pour a little olive oil in a large saucepan and place the sole fillets, thawed, washed, dried with absorbent kitchen paper.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, white wine, lemon juice and put on fire.
Just going back to the boil put the lid on and cook over low heat for 6 minutes.
Leave to cool the fish cooking in the sauce and then place it in a dish to bring and serve.

- 500 g of frozen fillets of sole
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
