Spaghetti with raw tomatoes
Instructions
Dip the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water, then Peel and give them seeds.
Chop pulp, put it in a bowl with four tablespoons of olive oil, add chopped basil leaves ten, two whole cloves of garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Stir everything thoroughly, cover and let stand for half an hour in a cool place.
Boil the spaghetti, toss with the tomato sauce.
