Truffled spaghetti and anchovies
Instructions
Wash thoroughly under running water, anchovies and spinatele, keeping aside the fillets.
Clean the truffles by eliminating entirely the topsoil and roll them into balls very finely in a mortar.
You then melt in a pan with a little oil the threads of alice, add the crushed garlic and without soffrigga, truffles, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, put a pot on the stove with water and, when it reaches a boil, add salt and bake the spaghetti.
Al dente, drain, toss with the sauce of anchovies and truffles and bring them to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 4 black truffles
- 4 salted anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic
- Little of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- White pepper
