Spaghetti Alla d'Artagnan
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and soffriggeteci garlic; saltateci mushrooms for about 10 minutes, sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli.
Meanwhile, FRY in a pan with a tablespoon of oil to the bacon cut into strips; should be slightly crispy on the outside but remain soft.
Add the bacon with mushrooms and let stand for 5 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti al dente in salted water, drain and toss with the mushrooms and bacon.
Complete with pecorino and plenty of freshly ground pepper.

- 300 g of mushrooms
- 200 g of bacon
- 50 g of cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
