Spaghetti alla dali
Instructions
Clean the parsley and tritatelo along with the Sage leaves and basil.
Drain tuna, sbriciolatelo in a plate with a fork; Add the chopped anchovies, add the chopped herbs, stirring well.
While cook spaghetti you heat the oil in a frying pan, soffriggetevi garlic cut into pieces.
Add the tuna and anchovy mixture, stir and let stand for a few moments.
Drain the spaghetti, pour into a bowl, toss with the hot sauce and, if you like, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
You can also add the grated Parmesan cheese and ground pepper (I assure you that, in spite of the US cheese tuna is fine).

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 180 g of tuna in olive oil
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Some leaves of basil
- Some leaves of sage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
