Spaghetti alla serrese
Instructions
Put In a pan to heat the oil, add the anchovy fillets and capers desalted and fry them lightly.
Add the cooked tomatoes you have to part with a little oil, pepper into small pieces, black pepper and oregano.
Stir well, add the chopped tuna and cook for about 10 minutes.
Boil spaghetti in salted water, drain them al dente, pour into the Pan, add the grated pecorino cheese, stir well and serve hot.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti

- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 20 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 100 g of tuna in olive oil
- 80 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 spicy chili
- 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- Salt
