Spaghetti alla foams
Instructions
While cook spaghetti in salted water, drain oil from tuna and chop together the parsley, washed.
Put the mixture into a bowl, add the cheese, gin, a little salt and a handful of pepper and mix to make it homogeneous.
Drain spaghetti al dente, toss with prepared sauce and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 100 g of mascarpone
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon of gin
- Abundant of salt
- 1 handful of pepper
