Spaghetti with sardines
Instructions
Wash well and finely mince the fennel.
In a pan you browned the sliced onion in oil, add the fennel, pine nuts, raisins, let it soak in lukewarm water and then squeezed, and the anchovy fillets.
After a few minutes add the sardines, cleaned and de-boned and a finger of warm water; Add salt, pepper and bring to boiling.
Boil the spaghetti al dente, drain and toss with the fish sauce.

- 100 g of fennel

- 20 g of sultanas
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 onion
