Spaghetti with salmon
Instructions
Slice the shallots and onion peeled and let them dry in a pan with a little butter and 1 tablespoon oil.
Pour the wine, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Combine salmon, crumbled.
Season with salt, add the parsley and olives, cover again and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
Cook spaghetti al dente and toss with the sauce.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 170 g of natural salmon
- 1 glass red wine
- 2 shallots
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- Pitted black olives
- Butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
