Shepherd's spaghetti (2)
Instructions
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.
Blend in the mixer with pecorino and ricotta with grated Parmesan if necessary diluted with a little milk.
Add salt and pepper, pour the mixture into a bowl.
Drain the pasta in the bowl, seasoned with a little olive oil, a sprinkling of nutmeg and serve immediately.

- 320 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 300 g of ricotta
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Milk
- Sprinkling 1 of nutmeg
- Black pepper
