Spicy noodles
Instructions
Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water.
Meanwhile prepare this tasty sauce: put a Brown garlic, chopped or whole, in plenty of oil, add the tomatoes, capers washed and pitted olives.
All the better if you add a pinch of chili.
Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes on the top Add the chopped parsley and a pinch of oregano.
If you want a spicy sauce and marinaro add anchovy fillets or diliscati a little anchovy paste in the tube.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 50 g of black olives
- 4 anchovy fillets (optional)
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Oregano
