Spaghetti primavera
Instructions
Scald the tomatoes, peel them, cut them into pieces and place in a soup-tureen.
Add the sliced onions, boiled beans and cut in half, boiled beans, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well with a few tablespoons of olive oil and leave to cool.
Cook spaghetti al dente, drain and pour quickly into the bowl.
Stir and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 100 g of cannellini beans
- 100 g of green beans
- 2 sweet onions
- 400 g of not overripe tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
