Beer stew
Instructions
Cook in oil chopped Bacon and onion into thin slices.
Join the floured stew and roast on each side over high heat.
Combine the paprika, salt and beer.
Merge a little nut broth, cover and simmer gently for about 1 hour.
Before serving add cream and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of mixed stew of veal and pork
- 80 g of bacon
- 33 cl of beer
- 1 nut
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 10 cl of cream
- 2 onions
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- Salt
