Coffee beef stew
Instructions
It's a recipe.
In a saucepan heat the saucepan, heat oil and the meat cut into cubes.
Remove and keep aside to warm.
In the pan add the onion cut into thin slices, whole garlic, peppers and flavored layers over low heat for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little flour and cook 2 or 3 minutes, still stirring.
Gradually pour the wine and coffee, bring to the boil stirring.
At this point, put the meat in the Pan, adjust salt and pepper.
Cover, Cook for an hour or abundant until the prongs of a fork easily penetrates into the meat.
Served piping hot stew.
Accompanying wines: Cabernet DOC Collio, Sagrantino Di Montefalco DOCG, Salice Salentino DOC "reserve".

- 600 g of beef pulp
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30 g of flour
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1/2 cup of coffee
