Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Pour half a glass of boiling water on the leaves of lemon balm and let in 2-hour infusion.
In a pan heat butter and oil, saucepan, 5 minutes for stew.
Meanwhile, in a large container so that it can hold all the meat, prepare a caramel with the sugar just moistened.
Let it become a beautiful golden brown, pour over the infusion of lemon balm, add the soy sauce and the chicken.
Cook over low heat for half an hour.
