Vodka skewers
Instructions
Cut to the length the scampi and extract the code from shells.
Wash them, dry them and infilzarne 4-5 at a time in a wooden skewer, inframmezzandole with bay leaves.
Coat with oil.
Heat a cast iron pan and join the skewers.
Cook quickly over high heat, turning the skewers.
Spray them with vodka and let them flame for a few seconds.
Put the skewers on a hot platter and serve them sprinkled from plenty of paprika, salt and pepper.
