Meat skewers
Instructions
Cut all the meat (including bacon) into slices and then check.
Put the peppers on the tines of the fork and bruciacchiare them on the flame, then Peel.
Cut them in half, removing the seeds and ribs then check.
Start a thread in a nut long skewers of pork, a Sage leaf, a spring onion cut in half a piece of bacon, one of veal, one liver, one of pepper and so on until you have filled the skewer.
When the skewers will be all ready the place in a large pot or in a roasting pan and decorate with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Half an hour before serving, drain the skewers from marinade and cook on hot grill, or bake, turning them until they often.
If you have to wait keep them in the oven already warm.

- 200 g of pork loin
- 200 g of veal
- 200 g of liver
- 200 g of bacon
- 3 fleshy peppers
- Some leaves of sage
- Lemon juice
- New onions
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
