Mussels on skewer with remoulade
Instructions
Please open the mussels in a covered saucepan, over high heat, remove the fruit from the shells and infilzateli on a skewer.
Turns the latter into the flour, beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs, sifted so that molluscs are perfectly breaded.
Then FRY the skewer into a pot with boiling oil or Fryer (180 degrees), or in a frying pan with butter.
Wash and dry parsley, let it FRY for a few seconds in boiling oil, drain them and salt.
Serve the hot skewer with some fried parsley leaf and remoulade, to which you have mixed the chopped parsley.
---ADVICE.
The remoulade is a very tasty sauce made from mayonnaise and, like this one, easily found ready on the market.
To prepare salsa collect half a litre in the Blender jar 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of parsley leaves, 50 g 50 g capers and pickles.
Operate the unit at maximum speed for 2 minutes, or until you reduce the ingredients in fine puree.
Finally incorporate the mixture to 40 cl of mayonnaise.

- Flour
- 1 egg

- 1 sprig of parsley
- 3 tablespoons of remoulade
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- Olive oil or butter for frying
