Apple strudel (4)
Instructions
Sift the flour, add the egg, salt and oil, pouring a little water at a time.
Stir until the dough won't be the right consistency, smooth and elastic.
Brush with a little oil and let it sit for half an hour.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
Brown the breadcrumbs in butter.
Using a tea towel dusted with flour, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and then pull gently.
The dough should be thin.
Brush the melted butter.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then add the apples and the other ingredients.
Roll up the dough.
Bake in a buttered baking dish, brush again with melted butter strudel and cook at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
