Fish Stew (Stufato di Pesce)
Instructions
In a pot, in a little oil, arrange a layer of 600 g potatoes, peeled and cut into slices, over pay 2 onions cut into slices, season with salt and pepper and arrange on top of 1000 g of fish fillet (sebaste or whiting) and finally 300 g of peas.
Season with a little salt and nutmeg.
Cover everything with 500 g of sliced tomatoes and season with a little salt, pepper and Marjoram.
Cover and Cook Sweet flame for 25-35 minutes.
When it is cooked, sprinkle with a glass of Madeira, dry and chopped parsley and serve.
