Wash the Sage leaves.
Dry.
Beat the egg with salt and soak up the leaves for 2 minutes.
Drain well, put them in fine breadcrumbs.
In a pan heat plenty of oil, soak up the Sage leaves and fry them.
When they are golden, dry them on paper towels and serve for an appetizer with the provolone cheese cut into cubes.
Accompanying wines: Barbera Del Monferrato ' Bubbly ' DOC, Rosso Conero DOC, Lamezia DOC.
