Turkey with pomegranate
Instructions
Place a knob of butter, Sage leaves, a pinch of salt and a pepper inside Turkey.
Bind them with kitchen and spalmatela wire with half the remaining butter.
In a saucepan melt the other half, sit the Turkey and place in preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and cook for two hours.
At this point the wet Turkey with the gravy of four pomegranates and cook for another 30 minutes.
Savoury Pies.
With a fork thorns chest and if it escapes clear gravy withdrew from the oven, remove the wire, place the roast on a plate.
In cooking sauce flavored shelled beans of the other two pomegranates and sprinkle all over the Turkey.

- 8 leaves sage
