Christmas turkey

Christmas recipe.
Set giblets, chopped Bacon, sausage; Add the bread crumbs soaked and squeezed sliced peeled apples, plums softened in warm water, the chestnuts and fill the Turkey; Add a knob of butter soaked with salt and pepper.
Sew the opening, wrap it up with slices of bacon and cook in the oven with a little butter to 220 degrees for an hour, then to 180 degrees again for an hour and a half.
Occasionally the Turkey soaked with her juices.
The last quarter of an hour, remove the bacon and brown skin.

- 250 g of boiled chestnuts
- 100 g of pitted prunes
