Tagliatelle primavera
Instructions
Remove the white part of the asparagus and boil them in salted water.
While noodles Cook melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, add sliced asparagus, chopped ham and cream.
Heat the sauce unboiled.
Drain the pasta, serve with asparagus sauce, ground pepper and grated Parmesan.

- 350 g of type pasta noodles
- 3 slices cooked ham
- 8 asparagus
- 250 g of cream
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Minced 1 of white pepper
