Green Noodles (Tagliatelle Verdi)
Instructions
Cut the ham into cubes and dorarlo in butter, then add the peas and salt.
Dilute the sauce with a little water and blend it with the ham and peas.
Cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
Cook the pasta al dente, coat with the sauce, the Parmesan cheese and serve.
