Clean the truffles.
With the special tool or with a very sharp knife slice them quite thin and place in an ovenproof dish where you did melt a large knob of butter.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and continue so until exhaustion ingredients.
Distributed on the last layer some butter flakes and passed in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for a few minutes.
Serve.
