Instructions

Wash, Peel and cut into very thin slices potatoes.

Rinse the anchovies and dry them.

Chop the Sage and garlic.

Grease a baking sheet and alternate a layer of anchovies and a potato.

Sprinkle with the chopped and drizzle with oil.

Continue this until you run out of ingredients.

Add salt and oil the last layer and bake at 240 degrees.

For the first few minutes cover the pan with aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes.
